In a completely non religious contest and only in a contest of learning the science of living, here is something that I learned from my yoga practice. The wisdom can spread to those who are ready to embrace without the judgement. Welcome to the Science of Yoga:
4 Yoga Poses to Overcome Obstacles in Life
In today’s practice we worked on overcoming the obstacles.
Obstacle prevent us from seeing and recognizing thing in life as they truly are and for what they are.
Main obstacles in live are asmita – ego, raga – attachment, dvesa – refusal and abhinivesa – fear.
Overcoming ego in yoga practice:

Overcoming attachement in yoga practice:
A feeling of connection to a person, place or object. A pose that induces relaxation, silence. without movement and letting go on control.

Overcoming refusal in yoga practice:
I refuse to do what makes me feel uncomfortable, therefore I refuse to step out of my comfort zone.
I don’t like this pose as it may make me pass the gas.
Happy Baby pose – overcoming the refusal, even if it makes me feel uncomfortable.

Overcoming fear in yoga practice:
Fears are irrational. When practicing a head stand we are learning how to eliminate a fear.
