Some are givers and some are takers.

Some of us think that we give too much, but don’t receive enough. Your feelings are valid, or better yet, validated. There is a reason why you feel that way. Because you are tired of living and not being fulfilled. Because there is an underlying reason for dissatisfaction  with your own life or unresolved trauma. All of those are valid concerns.

So, what can you do?

The idea behind a good human is practicing those 5C’s called Calm, Compassion, Courage, and Clarity.

Stay Calm always, the reason for being upset are subjective and not coming from our deep consciousness, but from our emotions. Practice this with Lotus Pose (Padmasana).

Let Compassion lead your way, free from judgement and living the universe.  No beings or animals should really be judged by your opinions. Try this with Mountain Pose (Tadasana). You are you, and then there’s the whole Universe that is not you, it doesn’t care for your judgement.

Life cannot be truly lived without a Courage. Take that trip that you aways wanted to take even if it scares you to death. Because you are alive. It took me a while, but I got this with Headstand pose ( Sirsasana).

How do you bring your act together?

It is that only with Clarity we can come to a richer life, internally and spiritually fulfilling. Take your Savasana. Corpse pose is a perfect stillness  designed to remind you that you are enough and you are alive!
