Years ago, I made a simple decision to try something knew. I was looking for a group fitness class that would fit my schedule. Knowing nothing about yoga, I entered the fitness class called “Vinyasa with Seth”.

Fast forward, Seth is now a studio owner in Anthem, AZ and I am one of those students who fell in love yoga.

I challenged myself with obtaining CYT 200 certificate and started teaching vinyasa classes and chair yoga classes at our community center. I learned a lot about chakras, mudras  and started reading spiritual books, I learned Sanskrit names for Asanas (yoga poses). I started learning about Ayurvedic science. What really impresses me about yoga is not the religious side of the practice, of course,  It  is the wisdom that lies behind and the sense of inner peace.

After some great experience with teaching  yoga at my community, we had to move due to the job relocation. I thought I’d just give up teaching yoga, but I stayed loyal to the practice,

I even found my guru, I can’t believe I would sad that! But I did… and today something special happened…

After the class, one of the facility supervisor’s asked me: “Are you a yoga teacher”? I told  nobody, of course, so she must have assumed just by observing my practice. And then she said : ‘You should teach for us here”. So, once again, I may be teaching yoga after all…

Small success, one at the time. When doing what we love to do, the fulfillment is inevitable.
