  1. Recognize your people. Those are the ones that don’t say “hi” every day, but whey they do, they mean it. They will find time to check in and they will be there when you need them. Keep those relationships safe. 
  2. Learn that solitude is not loneliness and practice relying on yourself, practice solitude.
  3. Be kind to yourself and nurture your body, so that your spirit is balanced (7 chakras). 
  4. Let go on material, you don’t have to have it and for the most part, you certainly don’t need it. (Yes, I said that)
  5. Nurture love that comes from acceptance and deep understanding. 

I love the first day of each new year! It offers a new start. A fresh attitude and opportunity to evolve, a chance to learn something new and a courage to let go on the past. I am excited to share much more of my spiritual growth in months to come and I will be harvesting with a new yoga studio that is an amazing happy place that feels like home. Dear 2024, Namaste!
